LEADERSHIP MEETINGS

Expected to Attend: All Class Officers, All Tech Team Leaders, and all Social Media & Marketing Leaders

• Thursday, February 18th at 5pm

PRODUCTION TEAM MEETINGS

Expected to Attend: All Tech Team Leaders

Note: These meetings are specifically for focused design discussions. They will take place at the beginning of each show and before tech rehearsals begin for each show. 

• Tuesday, September 1st at 5pm 

• Monday, September 14th at 5pm (students in attendance at this meeting can skip the 9/17 Leadership Meeting if they wish)

• Thursday, October 8th at 5pm 

• Monday, December 14th at 4pm (students in attendance at this meeting can skip the 12/15 Leadership Meeting if they wish)

• Thursday, March 11th at 4pm (students in attendance at this meeting can skip the 3/11 Leadership Meeting if they wish)

DUE DATES & DEADLINES
Note: An initial set sketch is due before the first rehearsal for each show.

• Thursday, September 24th: Due date for initial Fall Play Costume, Prop, and Hair & Makeup designs/plans, and for the Props/Set team to propose their plan for the Headless Horseman.

• Monday, October 5th: Due date for finalized designs/plans for Fall Play Costumes, Props, Hair & Makeup, and the Headless Horseman.

• Monday, October 12th: Deadline for all Fall Play Props and Set pieces to be completed, and for purchase list requests for all departments.

• Thursday, October 22nd: Deadline for all Fall Play Costumes to be completed.

• Thursday, January 21st: Due date for initial Spring Musical Costume, Prop, and Hair & Makeup designs/plans.

• Thursday, February 4th: Due date for finalized designs/plans for Spring Musical Costumes, Props, and Hair&Makeup.

• Thursday, March 11th: Deadline for all Spring Musical Props and Set pieces to be completed, and for purchase list requests for all departments.

• Thursday, March 18th: Deadline for all Spring Musical Costumes to be completed.
