Rehearsal Schedule

UPCOMING REHEARSALS:

All right everyone, we're in the home stretch! From now through the closing of the show, everyone is called for every rehearsal and performance, and for the Post-Mortem.

Note: If you have a previously approved (excused) conflict for a rehearsal, you are excused. There are no approved conflicts after Thursday, April 9th. 

March 30th through April 5th: Spring Break! School closed, no rehearsals. However, all cast members are expected to be regularly rehearsing your lines, blocking, music, and choreography! 

Mon, Apr 6th: Run Through Show, 6-9pm

6-9pm: Run Through/Review Whole Show (with the crew and student pit members!)

Tues, Apr 7th: Run Through Show, 6-9pm 

Called: Everyone

6-9pm: Run Through Whole Show (with the crew and the pit!) 

Weds, Apr 8th: Cue to Cue Pt 1, 6-9pm 

Called: Everyone

6-9pm: Cue to Cue Pt 1 AND costume try-ons and hair & make-up trials. 

Thurs, Apr 9th: Run Through Show, 6-9pm

6-9pm: Run Through Whole Show (with the crew and the pit!) 

Sat, Apr 11th: Cue to Cue Pt 2, 10am-3pm

12-4pm: Cue to Cue Pt 3 and more transition/battle review if needed

Fri, Apr 17th: OPENING NIGHT!
7pm Performance. 5pm call time for everyone.

Sat, Apr 18th: TWO SHOW DAY!
2pm Performance. 12pm call time for everyone. (Note: Parking may be rough due to another event happening that afternoon.)
7pm Performance. Dinner will be provided for all cast & crew members at 5pm. 

Sun, Apr 19th: CLOSING SHOW!
2pm performance. 12pm call time for everyone. 

Mon, Apr 20th: 6:30-8:30pm Cast Celebration & Spring Musical Post-Mortem
